Steve is a senior analyst with Wainhouse Research, focusing on enterprise streaming and webcasting. He has covered the technology industry for more than 20 years and, most recently, served as Research Director of Interactive Media Strategies – an analyst firm that tracked the enterprise streaming and webcasting market. At IMS, Steve authored more than 100 research reports and produced more than 150 webcasts addressing the key trends shaping the online video and audio adoption in business communications. Previously, Steve worked as Director of Media and Entertainment Strategies for the Yankee Group, and was a technology industry reporter for publications including Ziff-Davis’ Interactive Week, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and the Dallas Times-Herald.
